MEMBERSHIP
The Eastern Pennsylvania Down Syndrome Center is a non-profit 501C(3) organization that provides up-to-date information on Down syndrome, performs medical evaluations for children and adults with Down syndrome, and sponsors workshops and get-togethers for families and members of the community. Our membership year will begin to run from August through September effective 2008.
Your twenty dollar ($20.00) annual membership fee also provides valuable financial support for the many services we provide, including:

The application and your membership fee can either be mailed via UPS or emailed to the Center at TheEPDSC@gmail.com . Checks should be made payable to EPSDC (memo-membership) and sent to: EPDSC, PO Box 60-6900 Hamilton Blvd., Trexlertown, PA 18087. Payments for Membership are also available via PayPal. Please earmark payments "MEMBERSHIP".
